World Record Tuna Update

It’s been almost a week now, and the 405.2 lb tuna caught by Mike Livingston aboard the Vagabond, has not yet been certified by the IGFA.  If certified, it will break one of the most sought after records of 388.75 lbs. that has stood since 1977.  Word has it now that because the giant fish was caught in Mexican waters, the record will take at least 90 days to be certified.  (groan)
